Sought After Goods – Returns & Refunds Policy

At Sought After Goods, we specialise in unique vintage and collectable items. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and may show signs of age, history, and use. Because of this, please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.


Change of Mind

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, fit, or preference.
  • Please check item descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing. If you need more information or extra photos, contact us prior to checkout.

Item Condition

  • All items are vintage, antique, or pre-owned and sold as-is.
  • Signs of wear, small flaws, or imperfections are considered part of the item’s character and not grounds for return.

Returns Accepted (Faulty / Misdescribed Items)

We only accept returns if:

  1. The item has been significantly misdescribed in the listing; or
  2. The item arrives damaged in transit.

If this occurs:

  • Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • Once approved, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received back.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was misdescribed or wrong item sent.
  • We recommend using tracked postage, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.

Packaging & Sustainability

  • We use recycled and eco-friendly packaging wherever possible.
  • Please note that packaging appearance may differ from standard retail packaging, as sustainability is a priority for us.
